FREE TRUCK AND DRIVER SERVICE
Blackstone Valley Self Storage is dedicated to providing you with the best in customer service. Below are the answers to many of the most common questions about our Free Truck and Driver service. If your questions are not answered here, please feel free to contact us and speak to one of our self storage representatives.
The truck and driver service is completely FREE of charge to all new customers (we even pay for the gas!)
This service is available to new customers within two weeks of registration. There is no minimum stay required.
We will travel anywhere in Providence County.
You may use the blankets, tie downs, dolly and hand truck that are in the truck.
First call us to speak directly to a BV Self Storage representative. We will assist you in determining an approximate size for your belongings. Once the size is determined, stop by our facility to take a tour and find the right unit for you. Fill out the necessary paperwork, and reserve a date and time for the truck and driver to meet you at your home or business.
Yes, there is a 2 hour time limit to load the truck and get it back to our loading dock. This 2 hour time period does not include unloading the truck at our facility, simply from time of arrival at the designated pick-up point till the truck arrives back at BV Self Storage.
You will be responsible for paying $15.00 per 1/2 hour for time used beyond the free 2 hours.
